Yea just keep sending it out. its bound to be close. I tried several different settings on the compression and rebound. It performed best with them all the way in. And yes I understand what a shock is "suppose" to do.
WINDYCITYJOHN400
If you did .....the lack of clicking settings on the compression knob would have raised a red flag before he had to tell you. For a guy who mostly rides high speed trails.....setting all your shock settings to Full Hard should have made you question why you would need to do that with a heavy spring already. turbowrenchhead
It clicked the last time I adjusted it. When I checked to see where the knobs where at for Richard is when I discovered that the rebound wasn't clicking. When I had the compression and rebound on lighter settings the back end was all over the place. It performed the best with them all the way in. I couldn't get any kind of customer service from GT when I called them asking for advice. I was still learning about adjustable shocks. turbowrenchhead
Its now on its way to Richard. I hope he does me a solid.
turbowrenchhead
Just got off the phone with Richard. GT really screwed up my original shock. The replaced the stock shaft with a non adjustable shaft. They had a spring in it that was way to heavy and to long. He doesn't even want to rebuild this one. I had to buy another used one and have it shipped to him.

turbowrenchhead
So I got a response back from the Brandon who is Lazarus's son. This is what he had to say. Not sure what #4 has to do with anything......Pretty sure I'm not getting any kind of refund for botching my shock. 1. my parents were killed in a plane crash and Gtthunder is closed! 2. when rebound on a rear shock is set it does not need adjusted. Having adjustable rebound is cool but not needed. (I finished on the podium at GNCC races in the pro class with non rebound adjustable shocks.) 3. if your going to accuse people of things you better know what your talking about. 4. u ride a banshee!
