SheeRider34
Okay first of all im new here, so hi. But anyway im wondering how close this race would be. My cousin has an LTR450 with full yoshi, Power commander, and an intake. My shee is an 02 bored .040 over, coolhead, vforce3 reeds,CPI Inframes, jetted accordingly yadda yadda yadda. On pavement, how bad would he beat me? Thanks!

Burke
how far are you racing? but the bigger question is... who gives a shit? go race him and then do some modding so you beat him
SheeRider34
oh no dont get me wrong i loooooveee 450 4 strokes. But i dont have one so i criticize others for having them. And i was just curious, you sound like you got angry
J-Madd
Add A milled head and timing plate and you smoke him. I've never been beat by a bolt on modded 4-poke on my stock bolt on Banshee. That was on dirt as close or far as they wanted to race. They were never in front I have a 15t front. Not sure if that matters. I really think it would be better with 14t though. Tech AS
LTR's are pretty stout with a little tuning. Race him and get it on video
Burke
search through here... Banshee vs. every machine made has a thread about what's faster
Pasi S.
Tires plays a huge role on pavement. I think your cousin will beat you, but not much. Race him and take a video.
kennygene
I have a 2009 yz450f with fuel injection and although it may be equally as fast, the feel of it is lame. The banshee always makes me smile.
kennygene
Banshees tend to have traction issues vs the 4 strokes. If you race on pavement, you will most likely win.

Hm your the first person to say that, lol. I will just race him and see whats up. It just makes me angry because he said he would destroy me with his ltr. kennygene
He won't destroy you. If he beats you with a great advantage, your banshee needs some tuning.
VoOK
Skill and launch should determine the winner.

VoOK
A banshee with no chain can beat a 400
