quadgod211
i was throwing my mock up roller together and ran into this problem with my new arm the guy i got it from swears he ran it with a stock linkage and as you see in the pics its 2 inches from coming close...the dog bone bottoms out on the arm and that's as far down as it will go on travel.... i thought that non linkage arms had the mount flipped to the bottom but even if i ran a non link on this the angle is almost laying down if i got a shorter then stock shock would it work.?? i made a steel strut so i could push the frame around and its only like 11 inches at close to ride height....is there any fix here with out scraping the arm? . special06shee
Looks weird to me. Maybe its the pics, or just my sleepy eyes, but the swing arm shock mount looks too close to the pivot tube? What make arm is it?
quadgod211
The guy said it was eBay special but swears he ran it fine.... I've known the guy for years but I just don't believe it after mocking it up Your right though it's to close or something

special06shee
A warrior link might drop the shock down enough to make it work. Its worth trying anyhow
possum
You can try a warrior link to lower the shock but will lower the bike. orale a custom link to clear the arm. Its obviously way to close by an 1.5". A no link strut or marvin was most likely how the guy had it.

quadgod211
I wouldn't care to do a no link style but it's almost lying down 15% grade
quadgod211
Can't sale the arm because someone else would have the same problem unless it from a raptor or something because the chain lines up with banshee so I dunno
Larry's Shee
Have you measured this arm and a stock arm? Pivot to shock mount. If not right ask "friend" for money back
quadgod211
I'm in it for next to nothing I've had it for months and the buddy is hard up with no job or income so I'd say that would be like pulling teeth I guess I'll scrap it and buy another as bad as hate to
