Got her all setup finally. Now for tuning. Running 158/48 CEL mid clip position. Start up with choke at high idle then slows before chokes are shut off. Idles fine with chokes off. Smells a little rich at idle. Checked plugs. They where wet somewhat. Seams to rev nice with slight bog. Air screws are 2 turns out. They seam to have no effect on idle. Thinking of trying a 45 pilot. Bike feels like i gained bottom end power. No WOT run yet for main. Need more room. Lol. What you guys think.

just jet it to what it wants..  45 42 38 pilots. use the air screw to determine what the motor likes.  then set main  then play with needle for fine tune.  you cannot just say  oh your motor is ( bla bla)  then say its going to need ( bla bla jetts) no matter what..

Do yourself a favor and get on it real good seat rings clear out assembly lube b4 you go throwing jets at it . My experience withh 33s has yeilded slightly higher main jet numbers 160-165 on duneports and my motors like a dek needle

Never said it wasn't broke in. Ran it for 2 seasons with the FAST dune/play port on stock carbs. Not saying it needs bla bla. That is what i am saying I'm going to try to start out.

my dune ported 350 with 33PWK's, K&N pods, VF2's, CPI's, & 4* of timing, liked CEL needles(clip 1 slot below center), 140 mains, & 40 pilots... 2 turns on the fuel screws.
