tyrel
The clutch doesnt seem to mind the extra heat so far. I don't think I will be needing nitrous, although I am thinking about 4mm crank and cheetah cylinders to get more oomph down low. any thoughts as to a good set-up? gonzodesign
on the micro squirt there is alot of info on the RZ350 forum using R1 injectors, pretty simple sounding and real responsive

m671054
I had asked cam about some porting for a turbo. He said he has not messed around much with turbo stuff. I bet its either the dual expansion chambers causing lag or the porting.
Whitbread
Hell yeah! Nice work man. Been working on my microsquirt setup for too long now. Setting motor in frame to weld on coil and fuel pump mounts as i type .

I bet its either the dual expansion chambers causing lag or the porting. The consensus is that stock porting is best for turbo. Maybe to keep velocity up??? Dual pipes could for sure cause lag. m671054
Anyone else think that 21cc domes plus 12lbs of boost on pump gas seems like a bad idea?
J-Madd
I don't see how the back tire could live with this setup. Or do a back flip when boost builds. Is this for real? How can that bike be rideable? Or run boost on pump gas as mentioned.
tyrel
I have done some more tuning and am getting very close, however detonation is now very apparent on pump fuel. I have to short shift and keep the boost below 10 pounds. I will be running race fuel from here on out. I would like to do a pump gas low boost tune as well but for now I want to see how far I can take this set-up. The bike is quite ridable, boost comes on around 6-7k rpm under load. It is still running quite rich according to the wideband and seat of the pants. stay tuned........I will get this bike dialed in within a few weeks!
