I think I adjust it the wright way, i'm almost at the end of all the adjustement. does somebody got it? it's running well? what's wrong with me!? haha thanks!! fast intro: (I'm in sept-iles, Quebec, canada, i'ts my second banshee, 2001 tuned by GSF, 51 lbs/ft, converted to black plastic, keihin carbs, big porting, and I'm train conductor)

dompower
I don't think i'm gonna do 1 miles with it. Don't want to blow my clutch for that...
sstaton1983
http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=137456 link with pics to help.. make sure the clutch arm is adjusted so the pointer lines up with the arrow on the case. maybe you have a problem with the clutch assembly its self. Was there alot of slack in the clutch cable before you took it apart?
dompower
Thanks for the link! No slack that much... But with the hydro theres none...
sstaton1983
If there is any air left in the system the piston will not travel as far as it should, are you 100% all the air is bled out?
dompower
I'll bleed it more but it seem well done. Some says that it was a PITA. The clutch was fine with the cable so the problem is not the clutch assembly
dompower
Ok. I'll try harder to bleed the master. It may be my problem!! Thanks a lot

dompower
Do it completely free your wheel, in 1st gear with the clutch engaged? I asjust it and bleed it. Clutch off its seem normal, the wheel are blocked, and there still a little resistance with cluch engaged.
