sheerider11
Order a Honda thumb throttle. Don't even bother with an oem
lowidenfast
Why Honda and what model? I would need a throttle cable like this one, right? Are you sure the cable would work OK with the Honda assembly http://www.ebay.com/itm/Motion-Pro-Tors-Eliminator-Kit-Throttle-Cable-Carb-Top-Banshee-YFZ350-YFZ-350-/201055703017?_trksid=p2054897.l5658
sheerider11
100% sure it'll work. Mines off a 400 ex. Shaved the logo off too.
sheerider11
You just need a throttle cable unless you need that tors kit to do it
lowidenfast
My quad has the TORS eliminated already
sheerider11
So a Honda throttle and a cable for the tors eliminated
lowidenfast
Thanks. I may send you the links for final approval before I make any purchases LOL. Why Honda though? Just curious
sheerider11
Thanks. I may send you the links for final approval before I make any purchases LOL. Why Honda though? Just curiousBecause it's just better. Takes minimal effort to push the throttle. I had an extended stock and still didn't like it. Went Honda and knew instantly that was the right one

lowidenfast
The pic sheerider sent looks the same as my daughter's TRX90
sheerider11
With Honda being the actually half decent engineers they are, they made shit universal so they only had to make one
Coupelx
trx 90 is supposed to have a different thumb lever though, reportedly easier to push. havent tried one yet though.
lowidenfast
OK, does anyone know of any reason this one wouldn't work for me? I already purchased the cable designed for quads with TORS eliminated. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Throttle-Honda-TRX90-TRX-90-Fourtrax-Sportrax-NEW-/191090528341?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2c7de21055&vxp=mtr
sheerider11
Do it. That lever does look different then the 400 one I have. I may have to look into that, going off of what coup said. Looks a little longer.
