sugarshack81 Posted March 30, 2014 Report Share Posted March 30, 2014 I have current coming from the orange wire from the cdi when testing with test light. when i hook up my harness i loose current its not sending spark to the ignition coil. Is there a way to by pass the harness from the output of the cdi. just directly connect the from cdi output to coil? like a drag set up just to test if I will get spark? I have extra wire and alligator clamps I can use. I hooked up and extra wire to the orange wire connector output terminal on the cdi and it will light up the test light when i kick it over.
