Hey everyone. I am looking for some jetting suggestions using Keihin 28mm PWK's with the mods listed below:

- Jugs bored 0.060 over

- mild porting

- mild head milling

- toomey T5 pipe and silencers

- v-force reeds

- 24:1 Race (110) gas mixture

- Michigan sea level

I am lost as to where to start, anything can help.

Thanks!

I'd start w/ 175 mains, needle in the middle clip, and 38 pilots and adjust the air screws to what the shee likes...if the motor revs higher as your adjusting the air screws, then your shee is liking it. Find the best setting and let us know where it is. It should be between .5 turns out to 2.5 turns out...If it likes to be 2.5 turns or more than try a smaller pilot, if it likes to be .5 turns out or less then try a larger pilot....these will also affect throttle response, so if the idle doesn't change, then adjust to throttle response...

Start w/ a 180 main at about 60 degrees out. If your colder like around 30 degrees out now , then go to a 185 main and do a plug check at wot in 6th gear....let us know how you make out w/ the fine tuning.....
