uman1030
I would check out how you got shocked. If touching it at idle zapped ya then at high rpm it may be arching to ground and cutting out.
xmarlboromanx
Maybe I'll go out now while its dark and see if I can see it arc.... And if I don't get this figured out I just might need some more rope.... Edited March 23, 2014 by xmarlboromanx
Infamous039
If you got zapped by the spark boot either you coil is bad or coil boots need to be replaced you shouldn't get shocked by that. Your definitely to fat on the main jet, drop it to a 260 with clip on middle. Definitely replace that coil with a new one. xmarlboromanx
OK just went out with new plugs I see a blue spark coming from where the thin black wire plugs into the coil under the handle bars.. I know the other day part of the wire was showing so I put some E tape on it guess I didn't do a good job lol.. So I'm guessing that would be my problem? xmarlboromanx
Turned out to be a combo of a bad Float needle and a very loose thin black wire that plugs into the coil.
