Dunetigger
I just got this banshee with Elka shocks with remote reservoir and they are super stiff. I loosened the preload rings all the way and adjusted the dampener to soft, and still super stiff. The old owner said it was adjusted for a 225 lb person, i am 205 and the quad does not budge when i sit on it or try to compress the shocks. Could they have put too much nitrogen in the reservoir??? My other banshee with same shocks is super plush. thx for the advise. Frank
Dunetigger
Took the shee to a shock guy in Gilbert and he got them to work great in about 10 minutes and didn't even charge us any $$$. Very Grateful.

03DMshee
Yeah holy shit...dont talk about a fix and give the repair!
sheesfast
Sounds like the rebound damping was maxed out and just not letting it come back up like normal . Bought a YZ 125 one time that felt the same way. Would've swore the rear shock was trash.
Dunetigger
yes is was the rebound being maxed out on the rear, and that even softened up the front shocks too. My son loves it now.
