sheerider11
And my trans fluid just pours out the clutch cover breather where the water pump is. Within 30!seconds of firining. I took out the dip stick to see if it was pressure related but that didn't help. I have another cover with the block off so I may just stick a bolt in the hole and call it done. But has anyone had this happen?
Starwriter
You've been around here long enough that you can't be this slow. It's not rocket science. It's a brass and rubber fitting pressed into the cover with a hose on it. Surely the only place it can leak is from a cracked hose or the hose fell off. Replace the hose or block it off. sheerider11
I just can't figure out why tho. It runs UP the hose then down the loop to under my bike. It's not coming from just the cover. Sorry if I didn't explain that well
sheerider11
And like I said I removed the dip stick to rule out pressure build up. Just does what it wants

But has anyone had this happen? It's traveling up and coming out at a point higher than the motor? The Tranny should not be pressurized on start-up. If your getting compression into the tranny area…you have a seal that's gone bad somewhere.
sheerider11
I took the dip stick out to relieve any pressure build up
