GNR101
has anyone come out with a heavier flywheel from stock yet?
hercalmighty
You can buy flywheel weights. Is there a reason you want a heavier flywheel? From your sig it sounds like you would want to go stock or lighter
jbooker82
Unless he is a bigger guy and prefers how a heavier flywheel launches, or rides tight trails. Id buy a heaver flywheel if they were made, and made as OEM Yamaha quality. Id pass on anything junk from china. Dixie normus
Drop a front tooth off the sprocket. I ran 13/42 gearing and 20" tires in the woods
GNR101
running 13/
hercalmighty
What issues are you having that you think you need the flywheel weight? I had the same motor combo as you and about the same weight as you and I was running 15/41 gearing. I ride some very tight trails and I never had any problems with the tight stuff. CottonBranchRacing
Any machine shop, anybody with a mill, can cut a round plate that can bolt to the front of your flywheel, will add several ounces, The ones I've seen we're welded on. A little easier I guess. Just get another if you ever wanted to go back to stock CottonBranchRacing

Larry's Shee
Get yourself one of those steel clutch baskets.
tfaith08
Don't start that steel clutch basket shit again. Cotton Branch Racing described the way I'd go if I did it. Any machine shop that has any sort of capability can machine anything that's symmetrical (which a flywheel weight should be) without having to balance it.
