Slides are correct and main jets 300, pilots said 1.4 and im not positive which bowl goes to which carb

those are not your pilots that say 1.4 i belive those are called the air jet.. The  pilots are next to the main jet inside the bowl in the little hole. you need a small flat head to remove them' not as small as the air jet

25 is the stock pilot and almost never big enough unless your motor is completely stock with the airbox/lid and snorkle on. no pipes nothing. youll need a 30. they go in increments of 2.5 so thats 2 sizes larger then stock. make sure both air fuel screws are the same and around 1.5ish

300 or 310 will be close if not dead on. Remember that any advice given is just that, Advice. What works for some may not work for others. Its still up to you to determine if that is correct for your engine. Do a plug chop to verify its correct. While it had 300s in it before it was probably very rich at that altitude. Now that your at a much lower altitude it wont be nearly as rich but you want to make sure its not too lean also.

Okay so im starting to think the carbs are not the problem, ive tried 280,290,300,310 jets with no sucess, ive tried 25 pilots and 30 pilots with needles set middle clip,, after running for 20 seconds the plugs are wet and so are the reeds, its got spark and the plugs only have a few hours on them, also the bike still pours white smoke, still mixing gas at 32:1, reeds are not broken, it will idle but thats it any throttle and it just sounds like its laking something it will not rev up past idle

Parking brake switch disconnected and wire not grounded to frame anywhere? Green/yellow wire that originates from cdi.

If malfunctioning or grounded it activated rev limiter that will only allow idle from cdi

I wouldn't apply voltage to it personally. Not sure what the outcome would be but doesn't sound like a good idea. Unplug it or snip it near the cdi.
