uman1030
They look awful sir especially the left one. clean those up or buy new ones. check your air filter make sure it isn't clogged. If its clean then you may have to look into jetting/recleaning carbs
01BANSH
if youre cheap or cant get to the parts store take a small propane torch to those plugs and burn all the crap off and get em nice and hot and put them pack in. should start just fine! uman1030
Odd, if they are showing a bright blue spark and your definately getting fuel it should start. Did you ever verify the plugs were wet after trying to start it? if this is all true then it may be a compression issue. seems unlikely if it started right up after Carb cleaning but it is a possibility
ftball86
Carbs were wet, I don't own a compression test set Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
uman1030
how about the plugs? were the plugs wet after kick starting attempts to show its getting fuel into the combustion chamber

uman1030
Well sadly if new plugs dont help Im going to say it needs a compression test to verify the last component of a running engine. Fuel, Spark, Compression
red94yj
You can rent a compression tester at most auto parts stores. Heck back In, near the front door, and just tell them your doing the test in the parking lot and you may not have to actually rent it. But you do need to do a compression test asap. ftball86
Plugs worked, O'Reilly's rents compression test sets so I did that just to check (140 per side). red94yj
Great! Glad it worked out for you. Now you have some tuning to do. Oh and since your running at 140psi make sure your running mid grade or premium gasoline. Here's some great info that another forum member found: http://klemmvintage.com/mikuni-tuning.htm

Thanks for all the help Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk awsome, Keep up on routine air cleaner maintenance and maybe when you have a chance verify what jets you have so you can avoid future plug fouling. Also with that compression make sure your always running good premium gas.
ftball86
Is 140 a good number? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
