uman1030
whats the temp youll be riding this in? what type of airbox, lid on or off or any mods to it. FMF also has a recommending jetting page. http://www.fmfracing.com/RiderSupport/JettingCenter although their recommendations may not be accurate depending on airbox mods
Jasonhammond2121
Like 75-90 degrees, factory airbox no modifications. I was thinking about cutting some slits into the side of the airbox for better ventilation Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Jasonhammond2121
Also I want to purchase extra FMF silencers with spark arresters, what is a good loud silencer to get? Or do they sell spark arrester adapters Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Edited February 19, 2014 by Jasonhammond2121
uman1030
with your setup the FMF recommendations should work perfect. 30 pilot, 260 main 3rd clip position. airscrews 1.5 turns out. if you mod the air filter or run with out the airbox lid you'll need to increase the main jets edit: this is at 70 degrees 0-1500ft asl as per fmf site. may be a tad lean on main at higher temps by 1 jet size. Is that the one I should purchase? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
uman1030
personally i would just buy the jets from a site sponsor. jets are usually around 3-4 bucks each. call jeff at Fast and he will hook you up and mail them the next day. http://www.farmandsandtoys.com/contactus.asp
bluebanshee98
Don't buy the jet kit it's a waste of money all you need is the correct jets. Save $ for other things like suspension
Jasonhammond2121
What's a good loud fmf silencer that has a spark arrester? Also does fmf make a spark arrester for the powercore 2? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
