sn95mustanggt
I have a banshee with porting, procircuits, 19cc domes, +6 timing, k&N filter in stock intake set-up. Im at 1500ft elevation. Know roughly what jets i should be running? also what octane of fuel? Thanks
Colby
19 and +6 timing @ 1500 feet is going to probablly need at least 50/50 pump/race gas .. if your carbs are stock, 27.5 pilots, i would start with a 310 main, needle in the middle .. kedge82
i would say full race gas 110 at least 310 good starting point
red94yj
I would not do anything until you know what your compression is. With 19cc domes at 1500 feet your looking at around 160 psi. Here is a compression chart to look at for reference. http://www.nossmachine.com/banshee_heads.htm Compression test will tell you how healthy the engine is, as well as what octane fuel to run. Then Research "plug chop" and that will tell you where to start with jetting. Edited February 22, 2014 by red94yj
