sheerider11
Hmm, 18s on a stock unwelded crank?? With possibly 89 pump?? Are you gonna pull the crank?
lmcannon
Got the top end back together. Didn't pull the crank. No play In bearing. Didn't want to get that deep into the motor yet. I do have a question tho. I'm rebuilding carb with all new parts and don't k I what the o-ring and 2 small screw things are. Here is a picture
lmcannon
I kno the c clip is for the needle but what is the o ring for and the o gasket and the 2 screw things in the middle of the gasket for the boul?
sheerider11
One looks like the pilot, the other looks like the air jet (I think that's what it's called, don't hold me to it) that is in the bell(wide opening) of the carb. The washer goes on top the main. Not sure about the o ring on stock carbs, it's been a while since I've been through them. But it looks like the I ring for the big drain on kehien carbs
Larry's Shee
two screw things are pilot jets. O ring is for removeable float bowl drain, other piece, if it's brass, is main jet washer
uman1030
two screw things are pilot jets. O ring is for removeable float bowl drain, other piece, if it's brass, is main jet washer longer small one is pilot(stamped 25). Shorter small one is airjet(usually stamped 1.4 or 1.6)
