vulvafan537240
I put xbmc with navi-x on my ipad. This is pretty awesome. Night shift at work will never be the same.
Glenyboy
Have you tried that other movie/show program that's on that next of windows link? Last night my laptop automatically rebooted itself for a windows auto update, afterwards the navi x wouldn't load beyond the media search. So I backtracked the computer to before the update and reloaded everything up again and still nothing. I'll try again when I get in.
vulvafan537240
No I put it on my iPad only
Glenyboy
Well it's working again now, I've found near enough every film known to man! I've even found a page with all the 80's cartoons to show my boy what he's missing! Lol
vulvafan537240
Its cool for sure. I like the live TV thing the best. I need to find out how to make my own playlist for live TV channels. I haven't played with it much yet though.
Glenyboy
I've just made my phone and ipad into remotes with the free app, it's good stuff. I feel like I'm on cribs with one of those big fancy remotes!
vulvafan537240
Haha that's cool. My gs4 comes with the remote app. I don't use it much but it is cool when it pops up with a TV show suggestion and I can click it to tune to that channel. I'm seriously thinking about terminating my satellite subscription and putting xbmc on all of our iPads so we can connect any of them to the TV to watch live TV whenever we want to. Glenyboy
That link in post #13 has another add on program that plays cable
vulvafan537240
I added it too. It looks like none of it is live TV though. I'm still looking for a playlist that mimics DirecTV's channel lineup or if I can make my own that'd be nice too.
Glenyboy
Another add on I've seen people mention is mash up video, here's a link and a run through on installation http://www.worldtvpc.com/mediaplayers/xbmc/xmbc-adding-mashupvideo.php
