Banshee Chad Posted January 24, 2014 Report Posted January 24, 2014 Except that they are the ugliest truck on the road today. Haha Sent from my SCH-R970 using Tapatalk Serious? They are far better looking than any of the other half tons. Quote

sprinklerman Posted January 24, 2014 Report Posted January 24, 2014 And as far as dependability and durability. .. honestly I've not seen Toyota products last longer than GM or ford products. Sent from my SCH-R970 using Tapatalk Quote
sprinklerman Posted January 24, 2014 Report Posted January 24, 2014 Yea. Some of the older carbed domestic stuff needed help. I feel like a lot of their durability issues were due to carb and emission problems. Washing down the cyls, etc. But after they went tbi and then electronic control transmissions , the playing field wad evened up as far as durability. Now days, chevy ford dodge..they all last as long as toys it seems. Plus they don't look like they have Macrocephaly. Haha Sent from my SCH-R970 using Tapatalk Quote
ATV Galaxy Posted January 24, 2014 Report Posted January 24, 2014 I had a Chevy Avalanche and it was very practical, I'd buy another if I needed a truck. The extra side locking storage and locking bed cover was a plus. Very roomy inside for a truck as well. I had the Z71 version and it did well off-road. Sure they may not be the prettiest but very practical. Quote
sprinklerman Posted January 24, 2014 Report Posted January 24, 2014 Just to clarify. .i mentioned the Toyota Tundra was the ugliest truck alive..not the Avalanche. The new avalanche look especially nice...imo.Sent from my SCH-R970 using Tapatalk Quote

Bennett131 Posted January 27, 2014 Report Posted January 27, 2014 I second that lol well idk I think fords are hideous too Quote
ROAD RUNNER24 Posted April 17, 2014 Report Posted April 17, 2014 They're ugly as hell, but the 327 will last a while. They're a decent truck but the bed is so narrow because of the brackets that hold the tri-fold top of the bed. Quote
draggins10 Posted April 17, 2014 Author Report Posted April 17, 2014 Doesn't matter now, I went with a ram 1 Quote
