screamintwin02 Posted November 9, 2003 Report Share Posted November 9, 2003 i need some help in figuring out what the problem is with my clutches on my banshee 1st and 2nd gear is like nothing is wrong it wonts to raise up everywhere but then when i am acelerating fast it feels like my clutches are slippin 3rd through 6th gear so far i have checked the fibers and replaced the clutch cable.i think it has something to do with the cable because it started acting up and i just took the lever off and it ran strong , i wouldnt think it has nothing to do in the fibers because i had just replaced my clutches a couple of months ago and i wouldnt think my clutches are already gone, help would be apreciated. Hockey390 Posted November 9, 2003 Report Share Posted November 9, 2003 Just a note: If it was your clutch cable it would be sticking. If it is sticking you wont have much movement in the clamp at the end of the cable. Therefore you would notice it in every gear.
