ZILLAKILLA
I see there is a replacement for the choke. is it a simple unscrew the old one and put the new one on or is there some adjustments to it??
BANSHEE HP
Remove the choke, pull the knob out all the way, hold the brass shaft with needle nose, be careful. Now take a small file and file the choke position notches slightly. They get wore down after time. Try this a few times you'll notice them sticking and stopping in the half and full position.
03DMshee
If ya wanna redneck it take a cloths pin off the line ...pull choke out...apply cloths pin...when bike warms up remove cloths pin and clamp to fuel line for future use! That IS if you dont have a file...

Jereme6655
you can file it.....however if that doesn't work you can get ahold of jeff at FAST Racing (farmandsandtoys.com) they list them as $40 for brand new choke plungers. They're not hard to remove......just get a wrench on the hew head that is screwed in near the carb body and twist it out. Then you can try and file them, but if it doesn't work, you have to replace it. Be happy.....a while ago you couldn't get a NEW replacement choke plunger......
