Alot of fuel is junk when it enters the tanker, long before it even gets to a fuel station (not saying they're not at fault though). My 08 f450 did the exact same thing yesterday and it had plenty of additive in it. Swapped the primary filter and was on my way.

The white bottle of power service keeps fuel from gelling and the diesel 911returns gelled fuel back to fuel and bonds to water to get rid of it. When your fuel is gelled pull your filter and pour some of the red bottle in it then pour the rest in the tank. Shit Works well and fast. We run that shit in our entire fleet in colorado of about 200 power units. Also during the winter months i drain the fuel/water seperators once a week in my dodge. I have one on the airdog and the factory one on the fuel filter housing.
