Get that ohm reader out get a clymers check it out, dont buy a ricky stator ebay junk. I did and it lasted a week just died out while riding wheelies. The tors and all components was previously removed. bacons-banshee Posted January 5, 2014 Author Report Share Posted January 5, 2014 After checking all the wiring and testing the stator ( tested good ) I bypassed the ignition and determined that was the problem. Yeah, I know, I was trying to get him to say it...lol I deal with that on cars with people all the time, the ignition switch or the key and cylinder...2 different things. I did bypass the KEY SWITCH lol and now everything is good.. and after I got the 2003 running right I started messing with the 1994. it has vforce 2 reeds and the inner reeds were cracked, very simple fix.
