cylinders not warming up properly?

ive only had my banshee about a month, its my first two stroke of my own, not ridden many others. ive noticed that when I first start it up and let it idle to warm up the left exhaust doesn't produce as much air and the header stays cold much longer than the left as in touching the left header after about a minute its still ice cold but the right one is fairly warm. also if I revv it just a little bit the left cylinder will backfire every time. after its warm though its fine and both cylinders produce the same amount of exhaust or at least close enough where I cant tell. both carbs have same jets and are synced and cleaned. the compression is within 2 lbs of each other (116 and 118) with the left just slightly lower but that wouldn't be it I don't think, any ideas? also the only known mods are Toomey t5s and open airbox.

also both spark plugs are new. and when looking at them they are like the color of chocolate milk, pretty sure that means theyre running ok. and gas is mixed 32:1 with castor 927 and 93 octane.

ill have to try that. and you guys think that could cause it to only do it whil its cold? it runs fine after warmed up and it never bogs down or backfires at ful throttle after its warm of course.
