All I have on mine is big bars and heavy springs in front.and a cheap shock in the rear..

You don't need much to have fun on these little things.

 

I rode mine yesterday for a half hr just doing wheelies while my kid rode his scooter there just plain fun.

Ok here's the reason. There is a fair close to here that has a 50 race every year. My friend has a crf 50 with tb 110 , storm long travel, sp5 forks and is a good rider. I bet him $50 I'm gonna beat him lol<br /><br /><br />Sent from my iPhone Sixteen-teen

I have a few 50's DVDs laying around from about 9 years ago, one was a supercross one with McGrath racing.

 

The better ones were the freestyle ones with Kelly Tedder and his crew.

Just bought my fiddy (03 xr50r) Saturday. Got it for $650 with brand new pro-wheel hd rims 10" rear 12" front. Brand new Dunlop tires. Two Brothers tall gripper seat. Aftermarket rear shock. BBR front fork springs. BBR 88 cylinder. BBR skid plate. Extended folding shift lever. ProTaper upper triple clamp/riser/tall bar kit. An extra set of UFO plastics and the stock seat. Already ordered a rev box cdi. Exhaust. Clamp On Uni filter. Carbon fiber plastics. And 15T front sprocket... This thing is hella fun!!!

People that mod a fiddy with kick ass suspension completely take the fun out of them. Buy a stock one, put a big bore and a big bar kit on... And thats it!! All that fancy suspension junk is for the birds!
