4psnu
The honda thumb throttle actually has a shorter throw than a stock banshee one Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
NYUK
different leverage point, they work well with 38mm tmx and 39mm pwk, sometimes grinding is needed, but not always.
RadarRacing
They work for bigger carbs than 39 even. Got one that pulls 41mm open but had to be ground. I had a chariot and it was better than the honda by a mile but the hondas are cheap.

Banshee SE
Anybody using this on? Any feedback?
Burke
450R & some 400EX throttles have the same part number. I put my stock throttle from my 08 450ER on a friends Banshee when I went to a twist throttle and he said it was night & day with just stock carbs
Man-O-Steele
Had this happen today. I'm thinking the cable was rubbing somewhere in the housing. Its was a pretty clean break. It broke about 1/4" from the ball where it hooks up in the housing. For you guys that have already done this mod it might be worth checking out. Gotta grease the pivot so it spins freely where it fits into the lever.
Man-O-Steele
ive got to do a little more investigation. that cable didnt have more than 20hrs on it and everything was cleaned and greased. i think the end that was on the cable wasnt the right one for that style of thottle.
