jayzx10r Posted December 22, 2013 Report Share Posted December 22, 2013 It's flat, easy to find when returning to camp, you can't bury your RV to the axle when parking, it's close to the dunes, centrally located, and probably the biggest reason.... it's single file camping. Someone might be next to you, but you don't have people riding around or through your camp all night. Everyone parks parallel to the road or 2 deep max. Cons; It's not Pad 3, ice cream trucks continuously circle from 7am-10pm with their music, sometimes party central campers next to you, generators 22/7, shitters reek if you're downwind.
