sheerider11 Posted December 9, 2013 Report Share Posted December 9, 2013 I've seen wiseco explode on a kx250 dirt bike. Probably had about 3 hours on it. When I looked at the rod, it looked like metal shavings glued together. Ever since then I would never run one in anything. After it happened I googled it, it seemed to be a common problem. But like I said that was a dirt bike. And about 3 years ago. Maybe they fixed the issue, maybe it's just that crank. But hot rods is the industry standard. It's been proven time and time again.
