possum
Care to share ? Replace the whole tube assembly. It has the star type bolts on it with orings underneath. Quick and easy when you have parts carbs. Ive done it several times, it works.
Tedder
Care to share ? This is the OEM Keihin part you need to do the conversion back to gas: http://www.ebay.com/itm/YAMAHA-39MM-KEIHIN-PWK-CARBURETOR-TOWER-NEW-ENGINE-FUEL-THROTTLE-BDT-MOTORSPORTS-/271277449240
dajogejr
Nice Tedder. Question, is this OEM or did somebody finally start manufacturing these on their own. Do these fit the snomo-pumper 39PWKs you know the northern guys like?
Tedder
Good question Dave, I'd seen these on E-bay for some time now and always thought they were factory but I guess the description does leave it wide open as to OEM or aftermarket. The piece isn't shown separate on Sudco's PWK exploded view. Maybe Jeff (FAST) or other HQ Sponcor can chime in here and let us know if the item is available from Keihin. dajogejr
There was a vendor, and I don't know if it was on ATVDR, PS or here, that was selling these. It's my belief they are not OEM...but aftermarket (probably Chinese, but who knows). I've been unable to locate this part from carbparts.com, Sudco or even my local stealership microfiche files. I also wonder if this fits the pumper carbs or just gravity...
Tedder
I'd be very surprised if there weren't interchangeable. In earlier years I made quite a few inquiries about the internals of pumpers vs gravity and came to the conclusion that other than the fuel inlet seat orifice size both style PWK's were the same. Depending on the carb size the slides, pilots and mains very of course.
SOUTHTHIRTY
I've seen theses on eBay as well ..

dajogejr
Clown Racing out of AZ makes dumps. Leave it to Green to go clowning.... Yep, I thought it was a West Coast shop that had/sold them. Been a while, and I can't see a very high demand for these.
possum
those are factory. And that assembly is what im talking about I swap from carb to carb. sudco does not show it. but they come off and interchange.

dajogejr
I'm still waiting on the OEM part number. If they're factory to Keihin, they should be orderable.
