Aftermarket Pipes hitting factory pipes rubber bumper

Sell those turds on fleabay or CL and get a real set of pipes and quit jackin with it.

My funds are tight and I'm only gonna trail n dirt road ride the bike so I figured these pipes would be ok, the price was right. Why the fuck they would they make these pipes so close to the a arm bolts is just stupid

The T3s were made before the A arm bikes came out. There is no way Toomey could have known Yamaha's plans to put a frame tube in that spot. Sell them to someone with a J arm bike. Now you know why the price was right.

Right, I was just really pissed over the fact I screwed myself.

If it means the difference between riding and not riding, and it's only a little bit of interference, take a ball peen hammer and pound a dent in the pipes. If it's only a 1/2" deep dent the size of a silver dollar, you're not going to feel a difference in performance. Just make sure you put the dent in the right spot. Maybe grind off the head of the bolt a little bit.
