fastkid
I'll be running the exact same setup as you fouledout, ziggy chassis. I'm hoping to hit at least 219 wet, but if yours is right at 230 I the pic I should be able to hit it with what I'm doing. Is your bike a 4mm cub, assumed by your name. locogato11283
6 more than yours made before blowing the backing plate off. Shut up. It made two passes.
Pasi S.
Stock tank with dual pingle is about 2,2kg. That's close to 4,5 lbs.

Your chassis is different then mine.. Similar though. Mine is a "compact" version.
shanYE west
That's because it only made 6 passes all weekend. Dont judge me....
fastkid
What's different about yours to make it compact? Just shorter out the front or what
shanYE west
engine bay is much smaller. If I remember right, the up tubes are different as well. Mine also has to use a custom radiator where other ziggy chassis could use stock radiators. I went through and changed all the motor mounts.. It was a 2 person job to do a motor swap. fastkid
Weight should be similar though, I have different radiator mount too, much smaller subframe.
shanYE west
When I talked to Paul about it.. He cut what ever corner he could to make the chassis as small as possible. He talked to me a bit before he built the last 2 chassis and made updates to them. I'm not sure if you have one of the newer chassis's or not. I'm assuming you have Jay's. If it is.. They're close.. But you can see the difference when they get side by side. I remember him saying his was lighter, I'm not sure what he was using for components. fastkid
Yeah I bought Jason's. From what he said and what I'm seeing he made a few changes himself to make it lighter. Your engine bay does look smaller though.
fastkid
Does anyone have a weight for an untouched banshee seat, and a weight for a chopped up one? Was thinking about building a custom one from a aluminium or magnesium plate and having a little foam put on there.

SOUTHTHIRTY
I don't see any stock frames getting below 250lbs ... But a full spended chassis at 210 is very cool ..
