LCW
Have a 10mil vitos crank that I was going to use, but I'm looking at a billet. Crank has max loads and a TZ on pto side. I heat cycled the motor, checked torque, then did a leakdown and it didn't pass. Cases ended up cracking in the trench, so it's been waiting on the bench. It has heat cycles only! Straight cuts and water pump gear not included. Looking for $800 shipped thanks.

BANSHEE HP
i don't know what brand that is but its not a vitos. no black webs, no vitos rods, O-rings on the bearings and someone has welded the pins all the way around(sumthing you wont see on a vito crank). ybslo2
How much for the trench cases
LCW
Vitos sold 10mil p.c. (performance crank) cranks years back, and have since quit making them. This thing has been overhauled hence the full weld, max loads, tz, etc. The rods that vitos used back when they were building 10mil cranks was supposedly a factory Yamaha rod. As for the cases, I don't see a listing for them, must not be for sale.
BANSHEE HP
the p.c. on vitos black webbed cranks is correct, but the factory that makes them has also made cranks for other ppl but the webs are not black. the 10mm vito cranks were done in about 2010 when the denny wang cranks hit the market, is was vitos decision not to make them anymore since the crank market is now flooded with cheaper less quality cranks. the rods on all vitos 10mm cranks were 30L rods, 115mm. black webs and all japanese bearings with pins not o-ring. just fyi for anyone trying to identify a crank. also who was it rebuilt by? all things to consider posting when putting it up for sale. LCW
Crank came in a motor I had built by East Coast ATV. Not sure if it was rebuilt or if it was new assembled this way. I stated "overhauled" in a post above and should not have, because I'm not sure. I was told everything was new when I had it built.
RadarRacing
Vitos cranks were also not known for reliability and had about a $550 pricetag back then I believe. If this isnt a vitos and has good rods I would be interested in it. But not for anything near $
LCW
I'm aware that some people had separating problems with some vitos 10mil cranks. I'm also aware that others had years without a problem. Almost every company building banshee cranks has seen plenty of failures. I'm listing at this price as good forged 10mil cranks with bearings are bringing around this number new. Mine isn't new as I have run it, but for a miniscule amount of time. I am open to offers, but am inclined to believe that this crank is worth in the area of 7 to 800 as it sits.
n2otoofast4u
Who did the overhaul? Why was it overhauled in the first place? Is the center section pinned? What brand are the rods? Has the big end of the rod been ground on at all?
LCW
Don't know if it was overhauled or built this way by another company, as I stated in above posts. I can't tell you if center section is pinned or not. Rods have G115 on them. I thought it was a vitos because the webs have p.c etched on them.
