sheerider11
Is anyone running 2 stabilizers? I have one and it's pretty tight, but I feel like I want a little more out of it. Can I rebuild it with different oil? Or anyone have luck with 2?
WINDYCITYJOHN400
I run the stick style on all my machines. If I set them to the hardest position, it damn near locks the bars. So if you feel like you need 2....I'd say yours is getting worn out. The puck style work best. (I really like the Precision unit) but they aren't cheap and the stick style do the job well enough for my needs. Maybe it's time for a replacement unit. peterlocal22
The puck style are nice but can be run if your running risers, fyi
Alba Racing
I agree with windycityjohn. It should be so stiff you can barely turn the bars on the stiffest setting. Id get a rebuild kit and put some fresh oil in it or get a new one. I cant imagine needing 2 if it was working properly.
