damn that sucks shoulder injuries take forever to heal. I fractured my shoulder in May and Im still having problems. I talked the doctor out of surgery "see I can move it all the way around im better" ouch! which may have been a bad idea..The ligaments take forever to heal and sometimes without surgery they won't go away. They said I damaged my rotator cuff, and it was nothing as serious as yours. Still hurts me sometimes (usualy after lugging around my 60 lb backpack around college) but I think im finaly getting over it, it has been a week or 2 now without any pain. Handlesbars are only a little tweaked and I didn't even roll my shee jsut flipped it on its side, Guess The ground was just hard and I scratched up the side of my stomach and chest pretty good in the slide.

Good luck and hope you have a speedy recovery, shoulder injuries suck. year before I had all the bones in my toes fused together and had to get used to riding again without being able to bend them etc, and then last summer the shoulder thing...its always something for me lol...

Seriously though make sure you exercise it and stretch it when you start to get more comfortable with it, it will help in the long run.
