smokin350 Posted November 5, 2003 Report Share Posted November 5, 2003 OK HERE'S THE DEAL I WAS CHANGING MY CLUTCH FOR THE FIRST TIME USING THE CLYMERS WHICH I MUST SAY IS GREAT RECOMEND IT TO EVERYONE SO U PUT IN A FRITION PLATE THEN A CLUTCH PLATE THEN SO ON AND SO ON BUT ON THE FRITION PLATE THERE WAS ONE RED DAB ON A SPOT ON ONE OF THE SQUARE PARTS AND I ALIGNED THE FIRST PLATE RED WITH THE ARROW ON THE CLUTCH BOSS AND THEN THE OTHER PLATE WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR THE NEXT FRICTION PLATE I TURN IT 60%TO THE RIGHT EACH TIME AFTER BUT IN THE MANUAL IT SAYS TO DO THAT WITH CLUTCH PLATES AND I DID IT WITH THE PLATE THAT HAS THE SQUARE PARTS ON IT SO BASICALLY I WAS WONDERING IF THIS IS RIGHT THANKS SORRY THE NOVEL.
