chris_sims1981
I'm still very new to quads but I'm learning. I looked in the yamaha repair manual and it doesn't give details on how to remove the clutch push lever. Could anyone give me a few details on how to remove it? SAVAGE420
Yes as said above, the clutch actuator arm just pulls out when you undo the bolt that holds the retainer. The CLYMERS shows detailed pics and detailed details all about it...not like the bunk ass SHITTY yamajunk manual
chris_sims1981
Wow! That simple, thanks
SAVAGE420
Just be carefull a bit not to mess up the seal...don't pry on it, just twist it back and forth while pulling up. Inspect bearing and seal, replace them both if they need it. Cheap parts to buy.

Starwriter
Uh, I've never tried removing the clutch actuator without 1st removing the clutch pushrod, but I'm pretty sure the pushrod is going to stop you from removing the actuator.
