It looks like they just cleaned things up and massaged the openings just enough to work with the 4mm stroke. I doubt it will make very much power as there is ZERO work done to the transfers as that is where the power really is. In the right hands with he right components those cylinders can make a good 75-85 HP with out being drag cylinders. But yours will probably be in the 50 range as is. Did he know there was a 4mil going in it? It takes a bit more then cleaning things up and smoothing out the ports to make it work. Nobody caught the stage 5 pro circuits?
