Common24 Posted September 21, 2013 Report Share Posted September 21, 2013 I am new to the banshee world and was running a hotrods long rod 4 mil setup with drag ported stock cylinders. I had one of my cylinders crack on me after I found out it was a doctored motor just to sell with 4 stripped studs. I am looking for a drag top end that would work best in 200ft dirt drags. LCW Posted September 22, 2013 Report Share Posted September 22, 2013 Short rod and long rod are 5mm difference in length. More than likely they will have different pistons and different porting. Common24 Posted September 26, 2013 Author Report Share Posted September 26, 2013 I bought the kit from him Monday. I should receive it tomorrow. My studs on my bottom case were stripped when I tried replacing them I had 4 break and now after spending hours trying to get them out of the case I am down to purchasing new case half or drill and heli coil.
