Sprocket Specialists Still Stink

Called them and ordered a 55t 530 rear Banshee sprocket.  And a 12t GSXR front.  Said both were in stock.  3-4 days.

I get a package. Not front sprocket, ticket says its on back order.  Called them back and she said she would find one and let me know. No call back.  I call back again 3 days later, oh yeah its on the way. No charge. Wait 3 more days and call back for a tracking number. They check and tell me its delayed by a fire (probably true.)  Finally i get it in and they sent 2 by accident. Since nothing else went right, I took a better look at the rear sprocket. It is 50t not 55t.  Call them back up, cant return it its a non returnable custom sprocket.  I said well its not what i ordered.  She told me she never messes up, and always double checks with customers before making custom sprockets, because she has had this problem in the past.  

But I will talk to my Boss and let you know first thing in the morning. No call... I called back again next morning to see what he said, She hadn't heard yet, and would call me as soon as she heard. No call back, call next day at lunch, she says oh he really doesn't  want to do an exchange.

I have no doubt i ordered a 55t  as i already have a 52. 

I opened my mouth and told them if they had an audio recording of our previous conversation i wouldn't be slightly afraid to listen to it. She said she wouldn't either.  Wish they did.

 

Long story short I'm out a 100 something sprocket with no real recourse.  I never even disputed/argued with her omnipotence, until I told her that i would like to hear the audio played back to me.  

 

They did say finally say that they would make me the correct one and send it the next day, and hung up on me immediately, but its been over a week. Haven't received it. 

 

Overall they are rude and Condescending, act as if their customers are stupid. I honestly couldn't recommend them to anyone.

That bitch is a straight up cunt.

 

Funny how it's never their fault and how they "sell items all the time" until it's time for a refund.

 

They're crooks.

 

I've been dealing with PBI since and their products are better as well as their customer service.

I went down the same road with their shit on a special order for a rear sprocket once. Paid a premium for it only to have the tips of the teeth started curling over after 6 passes on my asphalt bike. The thing was soft as aluminum foil. Called, Sent a note with pictures etc - Got no where with them....NEVER again have I used or recommended their crap.

She's one backtracking idiot too. She says things that have no ass and then retracts them when you call her on it.

 

I really can't believe that company is still in business. Their product quality is garbage.

Credit card dispute. You have all the power. You file a claim and it opens up a crap storm for them. They will credit your account and leave the vendor in the position of needing to prove everything.
