Jetting and carb issues

Hey guys. Looking for some help with a couple issues Im having.

First issue is when my banshee is running I have gas coming out of my bowl overflow tube. It only does this when the quad is running. It will not leak a drop when its just sitting. Im not sure whats going on with that.

Second issue is when I go to do a long pull into 5th gear it will run great until the very top of the rpms. When it gets into the very top it starts to cut out. Now im not sure whats going on. I dont know if its starving for fuel or its bogging out. If I let off and jump right back into it its fine til I go for those last few rpms. Its driving me nuts.

Here is my current setup:

472 Cheetah with PVs, PVs cut to match exhaust port at full open.

39 PWKs with 8inch pods.

CPI inframe small bores.

24cc domes with .060 squish 135 psi

+6 timing

93 octane pump gas with 40:1 mix

Sea level to 1000 ft

About 80 degrees

Jetting is 50 pilot, DGH needle middle clip, 178 mains, 2 turns out on air screw

Floats set at 16mm

Dual pingle with a gutted and drilled cap.

Yes, I made sure the carbs were just tilted enough to rest on the needle valve and not push in the button.

As for the jetting, I think I need CEL needles and lean out the pilot and main. After riding it a bit today I think its loading up on me.

If anyone could chime in on some good base jetting it would be a huge help.
