shee_brigade01
so i recently bought an 01 banshee that runs on avgas. owner said it's had some work done to the pistons and has it jetted for avgas. I checked the jets myself and they are a bigger than normal jet, now my question is if i switch from avgas to running 91 premium would it affect the power or the bike itself? since avgas is getting harder to buy in my town its not convenient for me to keep driving across town for fuel
J-Madd
You'll need to know how much compression it has. Folks will say that you even need to know compression ratio, but if its a stock cylinder non drag ported motor I think you can go by psi. Do a search on compression testing if you haven't. shee_brigade01
well its definetly a morehigh compression when it comes to its output, owner said it jetted for dune dragging, i did a little desert riding against other banshees and it definitely put out way more than any stock one out there, was definitely laying it down with the 450s out riding too
Pasi S.
Does it have a stock head or aftermarket head?
