amado814
I picked up a set of older lsr a arms and got balljoints with them. I noticed there is no hole in the thread to run the cotter pin thru it. Should I order up balljoints that can take a cotter pin? Would a lock washer and a nylock nut work? trickedcarbine
Could always drill for your own cotter pin. Good call on not just throwing them on and running it. I have a new respect for cotter pins after swapping an axle out. I didn't have any fresh pins so I figured it would be ok to take a quick rip just to test it out before heading to the parts store. After all it would just be a short ride. So I get back and the right rear wheel starts to wobble I the drive way. I look at it and both castle nuts are gone! ALWAYS PIN YOUR SHIT!
