Msd ignition wiring

does anyone know where the white wire on a mds timing contoll unit goes. not the one on the actual msd, i know that goes to yellow on the timing unit.

Should go to the factory white wire in the harness going to your coil.

I do not use the white wire on my Mallory unit.  I have a magnetic pickup dist., I believe that is the difference.
