Jgspahn
Im trying to get my dog bone and linkage powder coated. I cant seem to get the little bushing in there out. They are metal, unlike the plastic ones in the a arms. The one on the dog bone has a rubber outer lip and im sure it has to be removed to be powder coated. Any tips/tricks? apeik
use a round small flat ended punch... and a vice, and work you're way around from the opposite side, they're a pain if they've been in there a while. There is a cut in them so chance are if you hit it hard enough in the right spot they'll start to bend inward and push out. I just did it a while back. Coupelx
If they are a real cunt run a hacksaw blade in there and reassemble the saw and gently cut through them while checking often that you arent cutting into the link.
