Ultimateduner
I really have no idea what the problem is but when I had a Blaster before my Banshee it did the same thing. I messed with it for months all I know it doesn't have anything to do with idiling.
Bansheerider99
Head Gasket could be messed up. Oh and BadBanshee boy i wasnt correcting u. fixitrod
Check your compression, air filter (is it clean), head gasket, carbs may need cleaned out well (use an air compressor to blow out the circuits), bad fuel, idle to low, bad spark plug, etc... Bansheerider99
Ya i would say ur best guess would be the head gasket. Just make sure its clean and sealed properly.
Quadracer2102
thanx i might try re jetting it and cleaning the carb out
Bigairee
Unless you have changed something I wouldn't mess with the jetting. Try cleaning the carb if it has sat for a while. Run a compression test and check all electrical connections. I would bet on the carb being gummed up if it has sat for a while. I let my blaster sit and everytime I want to ride it I have to clean the carbs.
SICK BOY
My friend had a Polaris that acted like that, and all that was wrong with it was a dirty air filter.I'd pull the filter off a clean it real good.
papa_smurf49319
Unless you have changed something I wouldn't mess with the jetting. Ya like he said dont mess with the jetting unless you have changed something, try new spark plugs, and see if it is getting good spark and then let us know
