Telling me that it needed crank seals and that it ran funny even had the paperwork from the dealer saying so after he took it to them to get the carbs cleaned and jetted. trickedcarbine Posted August 5, 2013 Report Share Posted August 5, 2013 I had a Polaris 4x4 I picked up for plowing the ice and the dealer couldn't get the new starter to work and gave up. So I bought it with the presumption that a qualified dealer went over the starter. I looked at it and the had the positive wires to the negative and vise versa.
