Rebel rouiser
yes those bad mother fuckin french horn lookin pipes lol. How would they stack up against toomey t5s?
sheerider11
Well, PTs have there place. And on my girlfriends bike they work well. They keep the power steady and has a nice transition. T5s have there place as well. There 2 totally different pipes. But if I had the choice, I'm going PT
Rebel rouiser
would you say t5s have more mid to top end? or no
sheerider11
Then mine? Possibly. Those are mids. I haven't had a chance to ever try out highs. But I've read the high revs top to bottom are a tough pipe to beat. I've never had, rode, tested, or anything. So I can't validate on the highs. These mids are great tho. They come on low and basically transfer into the band, not hit. And I will say they rev out pretty good. I haven't had t5s in a while to compare so I really can't help with that. But I like the look and performance to follow with the PT

BlksnshN
A friend of mine had the Paul Turner High Revs with a mystery port job and that thing absolutely ripped. I love the high revs and have been searching for a decent used set for a while but they are quite hard to find.
rbalthas
I love the PT pipes Sheerider11, they look beast. I've only seen them once locally on a 4mill and thought they were sick. Are those stock reeds in your second photo (with the browned edge)?

The girl needs to buy the pedals if she wants to run them

sheerider11
30 bucks or 200? On my bike I run the 2s. I might spring Goethe 4s but I don't know. I've heard I'll be about the same with either
