SlowerThanYou
Glad you had fun & good job! I know it was your 1st time. I'm curious to know where you think your tuning changes are needed? I have some ideas by looking at those 2 time slips. It would be helpful to have more information, when you get time. The 1st slip posted, the slower run. If the time stamp was correct, was after the 2nd run or the 6.71 run. You had a better 60', but something happened in the 60' to 330' range? Then it must have pulled pretty good around 330' to get the 98 mph clocking on the run.

10milmike
Yes Byran the first one I posted was my last run. I bogged out of the hole a few times. I also has a 7.58 at 99 mph. But I can't find the time slip. I am thinking I need to adjust my clutch weight. Need clutch slip. You are missing the 1st two parts of clutch tuning critical basics! You get your slip with the base pressure. The arm weights control how & when the clutch locks up. possum
Even with tire spin out of the hole you still managed a reasonable 60' and e.t. and mph for the first time there just to see what happen. Good job last night Capizzi.

SlowerThanYou
What pressure did you run your rear tire pressure at & how high was the wheelie bar wheel off the ground?
10milmike
The rears I had it 6 lbs each. Not sure the height will have to check when I get home. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk
dozer
Very nice, that mph tells you the bike makes good power. Get it to come out of the hole faster and the et is gona drop a bit.
10milmike
What pressure did you run your rear tire pressure at & how high was the wheelie bar wheel off the ground? What Psi should I be running? Also how high should my bar be off the ground? Going to the track next sat.
SlowerThanYou
What Psi should I be running? Also how high should my bar be off the ground? Going to the track next sat. 5 psi is our baseline, we very rarely go below that. It becomes more of a safety issue IMO. We do raise it depending on conditions. As for the wheelie bar, most work well around 1" - 1 1/4". To high & the bike will pogo & to low it will spin.
