Need help on timing.

Recommended Posts

I got my banshee a few months back and I love it. The only problem is I need some more bottom end for cruising. I ride in the sand mostly and I have to stay way up in the powerband and I don't like revving it so high just to cruise. So I bought an adjustable timing plate. My motor is all stock and I don't know if I should adjust the timing +2 or +4. I see that most people have done +4 but they have more than stock compression. So I'm questioning +2 or +4. Eventually, I will port my motor and get some different heads. But for now, I'm doing my timing.
